For customers at the forefront of the once in a generation shift in how the world powers itself - and the fight against climate change - Livent is the lithium technology partner that's leading Responsible for owning, tracking, and scoring of site wide preventive maintenance workorder distribution and closing.
You will review all work orders for proper completion for escalation purposes.
Working with the Reliability Team for correction or modification regarding all PM's and procedures.
You will also assist the Reliability Team with Bill of Materials listings and adjustments.
You will make the primary data entries for Maintenance & Reliability metrics both mechanical integrity, departmental business status as well as safety performance.
In addition, you will generate and run reports reflecting the departmental objective execution as well as compliance including safety.
It is essential that the successful candidate act with a sense of urgency and focus on results, not activity.
The proper and urgent escalation for discrepancies of performed preventive work will be essential to the wellbeing of the business both from a regulatory as well as safety interest.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
EHS Update incident reporting database Maintain and update monthly safety records Maintain radios, weekend phone.
Support Responsible Care program Understands, supports, and strictly adheres to site standards, policies, and procedures relevant to safety, industrial hygiene, security/CTPAT requirements, and environmental.
Audits conformance to safety standards.
Business Support Maintenance SAP Master data Distribute Preventive/Predictive work orders accordingly Review and close completed PM/PD work orders Correct and Modify Existing PM's resulting from approval of Reliability team Create New PM by direction of Reliability Team Create listings for new stored items provided by spares lists Manage and run EOM report to Preventive Performance Assist with Bill of Materials listings Gather Equipment nameplate information for SAP details Maintain the Maintenance Score Card Maintenance equipment database Maintain the monthly maintenance records Confirm all schedule hours into SAP Generate blanket work orders Maintain maintenance database Handle hourly inquiries about dept administration Maintain all of maintenance training records Maintain office equipment Order office supplies Track work release forms Maintain Dept ISO 9000 documents Create and Maintain Equipment Filing System Create new equipment in SAP Maintain master equipment data in SAP Ensure new equipment is populated with the proper Bill of Materials in SAP People Maintain weekend duty lists- hourly and salary.
Track and report all vacation time Maintain the maintenance org charts Maintain master attendance logs maintenance people- hourly and salary Arrange dept travel/training.
Supervisory Responsibility:
No Education and Experience High school diploma Minimum three years' experience in manufacturing environment Knowledge and Skill Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office SAP skills mandatory.
